Tickets for our tour are available to purchase online.

• £18 per adult (18+)
• £10 Teens 13 to 17
• Kids free up to 12 Years old  (max two children free per booking)
• Extra child is £5 from age 5 to 12
• Under 5 go free

Should you require a Private tour or have a larger group wanting to attend we can offer discounted tickets and group rates.  Please contact us direct. 

The tour starts at 10am sharp every day of the week. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 mins early to check in at 9.50 to ensure you do not miss the start of the tour.

The tour starts at the Goddess Diana fountain, just down the path from the Ritz Corner entrance to Green Park. The entrance is located to the right-hand side of the Ritz Hotel, 150 Piccadilly, St James’s, London. The postcode for the meeting point is W1J9DZ
The nearest underground station is Green Park Station. Taking the Green Park/Buckingham Palace exit will lead you to the fountain.

The tour lasts approximately 2 hours and will finish beneath Nelsons Column located in the famous Trafalgar Square.
The nearest station is Trafalgar Charing Cross Station. It is located 73 meters (2 min walk) from this station.

The Changing of the Guard and Westminster tour will explore and visit the key locations around the City of Westminster.  Locations such as Buckingham Palace,  St James Palace, the Royal Mall,  the marching Palace Guards. Winston Churchill’s war rooms, 10 Downing Street, Westminster Abbey, the Houses of Parliament, the Horse Guards Parade and much more.   A thoroughly enjoyable London experience.

The Changing of the Guard occurs every day in June and July. From August to May the Changing of the Guard occurs on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun. On Tues, Thurs and Sat of these months the tour will instead include the Changing of the Queen's Life-Guard, which occurs every day of the year.

Occasionally these schedules are changed, for example due to ceremonial events. We will do our best to inform you of any changes.

 We take delight in providing you with the ultimate London tour experience.  Each of our guides are fully trained and experienced in the Royal history of London.  They are also passionate and enthusiastic story tellers who know how to keep an audience entertained and educated. They have a vast knowledge of London and know all the hidden locations and quirky tales that will make your tour all that more special. 

You’ve also seen us on TV.  Many of our guides has appeared in numerous documentaries, television productions and educational broadcasts.  So when you walk with us, you walk with the best. 

You are more than welcome to take pictures of the tour in action but we ask you do not film or record the tour as this may spoil the tour and the surprises we have in store for future visitors should the film be uploaded to social media.  We want everyone to have a unique and individual experience of our tour.

Please dress according to the weather as the tour is outdoors and bring sunscreen or rain gear as appropriate! We also advise comfortable and sturdy walking shoes as the walking tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.

We intend to get you to your group up until 10 mins after the tour has started.  If you arrive after 10 mins unfortunately we may not be able to locate the tour and you will need to reschedule your tickets for another time.  Your tickets will be kept valid until you use them. 

Yes,  around 40 minutes into the tour we will pass a local toilets in St James Park. This will be the only scheduled opportunity to use the bathroom on the tour.  If you need to use the bathroom after this stop then we will try our best to  stop outside a pub or restaurant.  Please be advised that it will be at the owner's discretion whether they let you use the bathroom or not.

Not to worry! All our Westminster and Changing of the Guard tour tickets are valid for 12 months.  We can easily re-arrange your tour for a later date. All we ask is you inform us if you can’t make the tour, or if you have missed it, and we will keep your tickets in reserve.  Please give us at least 48 hours notice of your intention to re-use your tickets.

We operate the tour in all weather but if you wish to avoid the rain then we can move your tickets to a different date of your choosing.

Yes, we can cater for most disabilities on the tour, but please let us know before-hand that you require assistance or have mobility issues which may impact your experience. 

As we are out and about in the public areas of London the tour is accessible to wheelchair users and we’ve had many wheelchair users on the tour previously with no problems.
